Anthony Raspa Worked for the Successful Leadership of the Management as Program Manager at Power

Anthony Raspa demonstrates a track record with 24 years of success in defining and delivering continuous improvements in Operations, Change, Projects, Service Delivery, and Strategic Initiatives. He holds strong portfolio and program management skills and harnesses methodologies, business intelligence, tools and techniques.

As the former organisational change manager, he worked to manage large construction and technical projects and organisational change initiatives. He also prioritised demand and balancing resources, constraints and contingencies amongst projects. Anthony provided strategic planning and subject matter expertise and managed a staff, complement of over 40 to achieve successful delivery of business requirements and implementation within expected timeframes.

Serving as the program manager at Power, Anthony worked for the successful leadership of the management and delivery of technology during a strategic restructure and heavy stakeholder change. Additionally, he managed a diverse team and led the development of a long-term vision for Programs, Projects, Business Intelligence, Service Delivery and Technology across the organisation.

Talking about his education accreditations, Anthony Raspa is currently studying Master of Business Administration at Australian Institute of Business. He completed his Masters in IT, PMP, Prince2, Agile Program, Project Manager, Microsoft Certified System Engineer.

Anthony is currently as program manager at IMDEX where he takes full responsibility for the definition, documentation, and successful completion of complex projects, thus ensuring that realistic project, quality, change control and risk management processes are maintained.
