Anthony Raspa Worked to Provide Strategic Planning and Subject Matter Expertise as Project Manager at Power

Formerly serving as the project manager at Power, Anthony Raspa worked for the successful leadership of the management and delivery of technology during a strategic restructure and heavy stakeholder change in Perth. He worked to provide strategic planning and subject matter expertise, manage a staff, complement of up to 50 to achieve successful delivery of business requirements and implementation within expected timeframes. Furthermore, he defined strategy and designed strategic roadmaps for infrastructure to become a leader in the energy utility industry. He advised and mentored a team to develop and deliver on the 5-year projected Asset Management Plan.

Formerly serving as Project Management Consultant at Woodside, Anthony defined the technology strategy and roadmaps to be implemented into the new Woodside global headquarters building during construction. Furthermore, he led the broader stream of Woodside worldwide communications and technologies to truly unify the customer base being the business.

Anthony created a vision that supported business requirements as organisational change manager and complied with security within a highly regulated environment, thus formulating and defining scope and objectives. Besides, he consulted with senior management and stakeholders to gather and analyse information for the design and implementation of initiatives.

Anthony Raspa is currently studying Master of Business Administration at Australian Institute of Business. He completed his Masters in IT, PMP, Prince2, Agile Program, Project Manager, Microsoft Certified System Engineer.
