Anthony Raspa Was Well Versed With His Responsibilities as Organisational Change Manager

Anthony Raspa formerly served as program manager at Power where he worked for the successful leadership of the management and delivery of technology during a strategic restructure and heavy stakeholder change. Besides, he managed a diverse team and led the redevelopment of a long-term vision for Programs, Projects, Business Intelligence, Service Delivery, and Technology across the organisation.

Pertaining to his role as Transition Manager, Anthony was responsible to drive the design and delivery of major transition projects for Government Departments and Enterprise, as well as infrastructure and other works for clients in the mining industry, including business continuity, disaster recovery, IT risk management, and change management.

Anthony Raspa holds strong portfolio and program management skills harnessing methodologies, business intelligence, tools and techniques to effectively coordinate diverse activities and work flows that drive results and ensure attainment of goals. Overall, he is the strong leader of people who displays an influential, collaborative style, accustomed to swiftly gauging the culture and other group-norms of the organisation.

As the former organisational change manager, Anthony was well versed with his responsibilities. He managed large construction and technical projects and organisational change initiatives. He successfully completed a number of projects and programs of work over a 3+ year period.

Formerly serving as project manager at FH Faulding, Anthony Raspa drove the design and development of MINFOS pharmaceutical POS application. Besides, he integrated all pharmaceutical workflows from Doctor to Pharmacists dispensing.
