Anthony Raspa Supported Key Business Requirements Whilst Remaining Compliant With Security

Anthony Raspa holds strong portfolio and program management skills harnessing methodologies, business intelligence, tools and techniques to effectively coordinate diverse activities and work flows that drive results and ensure attainment of goals.

As the former transition manager, he was responsible to drive the design and delivery of major transition projects for Government Departments and Enterprise, as well as infrastructure and other works for clients in the mining industry, including business continuity, disaster recovery, IT risk management, and change management.

Working as project manager at Horizon Power, Anthony Raspa supported key business requirements whilst remaining compliant with security within a highly regulated environment. He also formulated and defined objectives and outcomes. He worked for the successful leadership of the management and delivery of technology during a strategic restructure and heavy stakeholder change.

Anthony is currently studying Master of Business Administration at Australian Institute of Business. He completed his Masters in IT, PMP, Prince2, Agile Program, Project Manager, Microsoft Certified System Engineer.

As former organisational change manager, Anthony Raspa worked to manage large construction and technical projects and organisational change initiatives. He also prioritised demand and balancing resources, constraints and contingencies amongst projects. Anthony provided strategic planning and subject matter expertise and managed a staff, complement of over 40 to achieve successful delivery of business requirements and implementation within expected timeframes.
