Anthony Raspa Worked to Manage Large Construction and Technical Projects
Anthony Raspa is currently working as the project manager at IMDEX. He manages a diverse portfolio of projects from Drilling Optimisation, Downhole Navigation, Structural Geology, In Field Geoanalysis, Driller Operable Geophysics and their Cloud and Android applications to support these products.
Pertaining to his role as Transition Manager at KAZ Telstra Corporation, he was responsible to drive the design and delivery of major transition projects for Government Departments and Enterprise, as well as infrastructure and other works for clients in the mining industry, including business continuity, disaster recovery, IT risk management, and change management.
He also served as the organisational change manager where he worked to manage large construction and technical projects and organisational change initiatives. He also prioritized demand and balancing resources, constraints and contingencies amongst projects. Anthony created a vision that supported business requirements and complied with security within a highly regulated environment, thus formulating and defining scope and objectives.
Currently, Anthony Raspa is pursuing Master of Business Administration at Australian Institute of Business. In 1994, he completed Associate Diploma of Applied Science in Computing. Thereafter, he became a Certified Novel Administrator in Dimension Data.
He formerly worked as project manager at Horizon Power where he worked for the successful leadership of the management and delivery of technology during a strategic restructure and heavy stakeholder change. Anthony Raspa holds strong portfolio and program management kills and harnesses methodologies, business intelligence, tools and techniques to effectively coordinate activities and workflows that drive results and ensure attainment of goals.
