Anthony Raspa Supported Key Business Requirement as Project Manager at Horizon Power
Anthony Raspa, a former transition manager at Fujitsu, worked to optimise project outcomes through sound solution design, full program and project documentation, contract deliverables, and stakeholder engagement. He drove the design and delivery of major transition projects for Government Departments and Enterprise, as well as infrastructure and other works for clients in the mining industry.
Previously working at IMDEX as program manager, Anthony managed a diverse portfolio of projects from Drilling Optimisation, Downhole Navigation, Structural Geology, In Field Geoanalysis, Driller Operable Geophysics and their Cloud and Android applications to support these products.
Serving as project manager at Horizon Power, he supported key business requirements whilst remaining compliant with security within a highly regulated environment. He also formulated and defined objectives and outcomes. In addition, he provided strategic planning and subject matter expertise.
Being a commercially aware project manager, Anthony Raspa is the strong leader of people who displays an influential, collaborative style, accustomed to swiftly gauging the culture and other group-norms of the organisation. He actively engages with the team to ensure delivery of outcomes. Overall, he mentors, manages, and empowers teams.
Anthony Raspa is currently studying Master of Business Administration at Australian Institute of Business. He completed his Masters in IT, PMP, Prince2, Agile Program, Project Manager, Microsoft Certified System Engineer. He completed Associate Diploma of Applied Science in Computing in 1994.
