Anthony Raspa Led the Development of a Long-Term Vision for Several Business Fronts

Currently pursuing his master’s degree in business administration at the Australian Institute of Business, Anthony Raspa is well-versed in IT, PMP, Prince2, Agile Program, Project Management, and System Engineering. Thanks to all the skills he has developed so far, Anthony holds a strong portfolio and program management skills.

Anthony Raspa can conveniently harness methodologies, business intelligence, tools, and techniques to coordinate diverse activities and work flows effectively. His actions almost always drive results and ensure attainment of goals. At present, Anthony works as a project manager at IMDEX where he manages a diverse portfolio of projects from different domains such as downhole navigation, drilling optimisation, in-field geoanalysis, and more. His position requires him to define strategy and design strategic roadmaps for infrastructure to become a leader in the energy utility industry.

As far as his prior experience is concerned, Anthony Raspa formerly served as Program Manager at Horizon Power. In addition to working for the successful leadership of the management, he managed a diverse team while also leading the development of a long-term vision for several business fronts such as programs, projects, business intelligence, service delivery and technology across the organisation. 

Anthony also spent some time working as an organisational change manager. This role required him to manage several large construction projects, technical projects, and organisational change initiatives. Over a period of three years in this role, he completed several projects and programs of work.
