Anthony Raspa Harnesses Business Intelligence and Methodologies to Effectively Coordinate Diverse Activities

Currently working as the project manager at IMDEX, Anthony Raspa manages a diverse portfolio of projects from Drilling Optimisation, Downhole Navigation, Structural Geology, In Field Geoanalysis, Driller Operable Geophysics and their Cloud and Android applications to support these products. He defines strategy and design strategic roadmaps for infrastructure to become a leader in the energy utility industry.

Formerly serving as program manager at Horizon Power, he worked for the successful leadership of the management and delivery of technology during a strategic restructure and heavy stakeholder change. Anthony managed a diverse team and led the development of a long-term vision for Programs, Projects, Business Intelligence, Service Delivery and Technology across the organization.

Anthony is currently studying Master of Business Administration at Australian Institute of Business. He completed his Masters in IT, PMP, Prince2, Agile Program, Project Manager, Microsoft Certified System Engineer.

Pertaining to the skills he has developed so far, Anthony Raspa holds strong portfolio and program management skills harnessing methodologies, business intelligence, tools and techniques to effectively coordinate diverse activities and work flows that drive results and ensure attainment of goals. 

Talking about his role as organsational change manager, Anthony managed large construction and technical projects and organizational change initiatives. He successfully completed a number of projects and programs of work over a 3+ year period.
