Anthony Raspa Ensures that Change Control and Risk Management Processes are Maintained at IMDEX

Anthony Raspa, a former Transition Manager, worked to drive the design and delivery of major transition projects for Government Departments and Enterprise as well as infrastructure and other works for clients in the mining industry, including business continuity, disaster recovery, IT risk management, and change management. He optimized project outcomes through sound solution design, full program, and project documentation, contract deliverables, and stakeholder engagement. 

Being a results-driven project manager, Anthony holds strong portfolio and program management kills and harnesses methodologies, business intelligence, tools and techniques to effectively coordinate activities and work flows that drive results and ensure attainment of goals. 

Regarding his role as former program manager at Horizon Power, Anthony Raspa worked for the successful leadership of the management and delivery of technology during a strategic restructure and heavy stakeholder change. Besides, he managed a diverse team and led the development of a long-term vision for Programs, Projects, Business Intelligence, Service Delivery and Technology across the organization.

Currently working as program manager at IMDEX, Anthony took the full responsibility for the definition, documentation, and successful completion of complex projects, thus ensuring that realistic project, quality, change control and risk management processes are maintained. 

Talking about his education accreditations, Anthony Raspa is currently studying Master of Business Administration at Australian Institute of Business. He completed his Masters in IT, PMP, Prince2, Agile Program, Project Manager, Microsoft Certified System Engineer.
