Anthony Raspa Effectively Coordinates Diverse Activities That Ensure Attainment of Goals

Anthony Raspa, a commercially aware project manager, holds strong portfolio and program management skills harnessing methodologies, business intelligence, tools and techniques to effectively coordinate diverse activities and work flows that drive results and ensure attainment of goals.

Formerly serving as program manager at Power, he worked for the successful leadership of the management and delivery of technology during a strategic restructure and heavy stakeholder change. Additionally, he managed a diverse team and led the development of a long-term vision for Programs, Projects, Business Intelligence, Service Delivery and Technology across the organization.

Anthony supported key business requirements whilst remaining compliant with security within a highly regulated environment. He also formulated and defined objectives and outcomes. He also provided strategic planning and subject matter expertise.

Pertaining to his role as transition manager, Anthony Raspa worked to drive the design and delivery of major transition projects for Government Departments and Enterprise as well as infrastructure and other works for clients in the mining industry, including business continuity, disaster recovery, IT risk management, and change management.

He managed large construction and technical projects and organizational change initiatives as the former organizational change manager. He successfully completed a number of projects and programs of works of over a 3+ period.

Regarding his education accreditations, Anthony Raspa is currently studying Master of Business Administration at Australian Institute of Business.
